G13 to BC adaptors

A random and very lucky eBay find here, some interesting little adaptors that I had been after for many years. They were designed back when BC tubes and fixtures were the norm and bi-pin (G13) caps were just coming into use here in the UK. I believe they are Thorn in origin but I'm not sure, maybe someone has some more information on them..?

I got a pair of those from a British collector, but I have no idea who made them unfortunately.

Interesting, some of our HO lamps were actually standard bi-pin lamps with a HO adapted pressed on at the factory. Would be interesting to get something like a 5ft HO lamp, pop the RDC adapters off and put BC adapters on, a North American BC tube.

I think it might even run pretty close to spec as HO lamps are 800mA.
